Marcus Carter, Artisan Food Club


Marcus Carter left school at 16 to work on farms in Australia. Then, nearly a decade later returned to Devon to study Agricultural Management at Seale-Hayne college. From there, he went into the dairy-farming sector with Genus Breeding and on to my mother’s food business Patchwork Pâté, working on sales nationally and internationally. He then created his first Carter Food House – wholesale to butchers and fish shop across the UK.

His passion for helping independent food companies have a voice has been his driving force for many years and his current business The Artisan Food Club has become the perfect method for this to happen.
