innocent drinks is a medium sized healthy drinks company with a goal of “leaving things better than we find them”. From a UK base, their 100% fruit & veg based juices and smoothies are now sold across much of Western Europe. 

As Head of Sustainability Communications, Louise has spent the past year rolling out innocent's latest sustainability strategy, covering every aspect of their supply chain. Her primary focus is engaging the entire 350+ employee population in delivering against the strategy, rather than merely a handful of ‘champions’. 

Prior to her Environmental Management MSc in 2009 and a sequence of sustainability roles, Louise holds 7 years’ experience managing the finished goods supply chain at innocent, making her one of innocent's first employees. In this role she led the expansion of innocent's customer supply function, distribution network and product portfolio across the UK and western Europe. In addition, she was one of the founders of the innocent foundation, the registered charity which receives the majority of the 10% of profits which innocent donate to charity each year. As one of the original employees of the company, Louise has been a key player in maintaining the focus on sustainability and keeping the brand purpose of ‘tastes good, does good’ at the core of all business activity.
